Find a quiet place and work through these questions yourself, and/or work through them with a friend, family member, or your life group.
- What or how were you taught about sex growing up? What role did your parents, church, school, or culture play in that? Do you feel like it’s led you to a healthy approach to sex?
- What examples can you think of where culture baits us to the line of moral disaster, and then berates us for crossing over the line?
- Think about a moral mistake you’ve made (or came close to making)—what series of smaller, unwise decisions led you to that?
- What decisions can you make now, or commitments can you make now, that will help you be wise when it comes to sex?
