Best. Night. Ever.

Help create A Night to Remember!

Saturday, November 9

Event is 5:00 - 8:00 PM

Volunteers arrive starting at 3:00 PM, depending on team.

Hosted at the School of the Future

4021 Parkside Ave, Philadelphia

We can’t wait to roll out the red carpet for our honored guests!

Volunteering is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Pick a team.

  2. Complete a Criminal Background Check.

  3. Dance the night away!

One of the best ways to experience the Prom is by being a guest’s Buddy. 💃🕺

Every guest is paired with a Buddy, who will get to share the evening with their guest and help them enjoy their dinner, dancing, and prom events!

If dancing is not your thing, don’t worry!

There are many other ways to volunteer for A Night to Remember, including: Set-up, Guest Registration, Volunteer Care, Respite Room, and more - including preparation in the weeks leading up to the prom.

Volunteer Expectations

  • All volunteers must be middle school age or older, unless accompanied by parent or guardian for the entirety of the event. (Anyone under the age of 18, please only sign up on the “Youth Team” when making your selection.)
