Following Jesus ❤️
We believe that life is better with Jesus at the center of it.
That kind of life starts with making Jesus your forgiver and leader of your life.
Jesus said that he came to give us life, and not just any life, but life to the full. God wants that for you, and we do too. To say to Jesus, “I need you, and I trust you with my life”– it’s the best decision you could ever make.
Jesus as Forgiver
We all fall short of God’s perfect standard, and because of that, our relationship with God is broken. Jesus came and died to take the punishment that our wrongdoing deserves, providing a way for us to be made right with God. We receive that gift when we acknowledge our need for forgiveness and ask Jesus to provide it for us.
Jesus as Leader
When we do that, we start an incredible journey where God’s in the driver seat instead of us. We make Jesus the leader of our lives - learning to put him first in every area. The beautiful thing about it is that as we let him lead our life, Jesus does so much more with it than we ever could.
“I came so everyone would have life, and have it fully.” - Jesus, recorded in John 10:10
How can you know with certainty that you are right with God?
How to make the decision to follow Jesus.
Admit you’re a sinner.
For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Romans 3:23
Realize Jesus died for you.
But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8
Repent of your sin.
So turn to God! Give up your sins, and you will be forgiven. Acts 3:19
Receive Jesus in your life.
If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
